2021 Proud Practices in Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Award

As part of the CAFC’s Fire Service for All Action Plan for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (ED&I), the CAFC committed to developing an award to recognize leaders in this area. It also committed to identifying leading practices that are already in effect across the country and to facilitate the sharing of learnings. In keeping with these goals, the 2021 ED&I Award is based on a call for “Proud Practices & Lessons Learned”. Each is featured below for all members, so that others can learn from the experience.
