Company Officers, did you know that the CAFC wants you? Canadian Fire Chiefs are thinking about the future of the fire service, and have started to groom the next generation of leaders.

To this end, the Executive Chief Fire Officer (ECFO) Aspire Program helps to identify nationally-relevant competencies en route to the full ECFO designation.

If you are interested in the ECFO Aspire program, we will be having an Emerging Leaders Open House session with Chief John McKearney, President of the CAFC, Chief Phil Lemire, and ECFO Council members on June 14, 2021 from 12-1 pm EST. Here is the agenda:
