About Rapid Response Program 1: Leadership Development
The intended audience is (a) current leaders who may not have had the opportunity for formal training or who want a refresher and (b) aspiring leaders. The program is generously funded by Motorola Solutions Foundation and is a direct response to the Census 2022 findings that departments were deferring leadership development training due to budget pressures. For this program, each session will again include didactic and interactive discussions, presenter slides or fact sheet, and a confirmation of learning assessment. Individuals who take all workshops and pass the confirmation of learning for each section (repeatable until a minimum 70% is achieved) can receive a certificate of completion.
